We are consultants, not a law firm, not a real estate brokerage and not an SPK-authorised investment adviser: when a matter needs a lawyer, we recommend that you consult an independent lawyer.

Burak Ünal
Founder & Managing Partner
Burak Ünal is the Founder & Managing Partner. He leads the firm's citizenship by investment, relocation and management consulting work.
Prior to Gordion Partners, Burak Ünal worked at Oliver Wyman, New York based management consulting firm, as a Financial Services Consultant. In his career at Oliver Wyman, he had several consulting projects in Turkey, Italy and Greece. He also took part in business development activities in the Middle East region, including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
Burak holds a master’s degree in finance from London School of Economics, a bachelor’s degree in management from Bogazici University.

What we do
We plan and manage the whole file for foreign clients, from the first question to the final card or title deed. Each service below has its own page with the rules and documents.
Citizenship by investment: all seven routes
Turkish citizenship by investment is at the centre of our work. We explain every route in the Citizenship Regulation, not only real estate, and coordinate the process:
- Real estate worth at least USD 400,000, kept for 3 years
- Bank deposit of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Government debt instruments of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Real estate or venture capital investment fund units of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Private pension system (BES) contributions of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Fixed capital investment of at least USD 500,000
- Creating jobs for at least 50 people
Financial routes: the requirements, explained clearly
For the bank deposit, government bonds, investment fund units and private pension routes, we explain the official thresholds, holding periods, certificates and steps, and coordinate the paperwork with the banks, portfolio management companies and pension companies involved. Our founder's MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and his financial services consulting experience at Oliver Wyman help us explain these requirements accurately; they are not an investment advisory authorisation, and we do not recommend financial products.

Preparation
We collect and check the documents, arrange translations, and coordinate the property purchase steps or the bank and institution appointments if your route needs them.
Application
We prepare the application file with you, coordinate its submission to the authorities and follow it up, and you hear from us at every stage.
After approval
We stay with you for residence card renewals, family members, company matters and new questions.
