Foreigners need to have a work visa and work permit to be able to work legally in Turkey. The Turkish company applies to work visa and work permit on behalf of the foreigner.
First step to get a work permit is finding a Turkish employer. Then, the employer and the foreigner will make a job contract. Foreigner employee can apply for work permit refence number at the Turkish Embassy in his country.
In the second step, the employer is going use that work permit reference number to apply for work permit at the Turkish Ministry of Labor’s online system: https://ecalismaizni.csgb.gov.tr/.
If the work permit application is approved, Turkish work visa will be granted to the foreigner at the Turkish Embassy. Then, foreigner can come to Turkey with work visa. The employer will start the social security of the foreigner and the work permit card will be delivered to the address of the employer.
