Foreigners can apply to Turkish Citizenship through investing $400,000 in property. The real estate can be a commercial real estate or a residential real estate.
In order to be eligible for the Turkish citizenship, they can buy multiple properties and the total value should be above $400,000. For example, a foreigner can buy 1 property at $250,000 and another property at $150,000. The combination of these two properties will make the foreigner eligible to apply for Turkish passport.
You can get Turkish citizenship by buying flat, house, office, shop, factory building etc. However, you cannot apply to Turkish citizenship by buying land.
The valuation report, currency exchange document (Döviz Alım Belgesi) and the money transfer all should be above $400,000 in order to apply for Turkish citizenship.
