Firstly you need to make valuation report of property. It can be done on webtapu. It costs apprx $1,500 to make real estate valuation report in turkey. A company called Gabim makes the valuation reports.
Then you need to get currency exchange document (döviz alım belgesi) from the bank.
After collecting these documents you can apply on webtapu to get appointment at title deed office to purchase the property.
